COLI Salesperson/Consultant This seasoned professional will have primary responsibility for
sales of nonqualified plans through self-developed relational networks and alliances.
This individual will be responsible for understanding and communicating the prospects
needs to the in-house plan design consultants and assisting in the design of innovative
and strategic solutions to executive benefit, compensation and financing/funding
issues. This consultant will have direct contact with the client and is responsible
for the communication of the tax/accounting/legal implications of plans and plan
analysis, and the presentation of enrollment materials. Additionally, this individual
will have primary responsibility for the ongoing relationship with clients, prospects
and alliances. |
