Benefit Plan Examples Director benefits provide companies with a way
to show their outside directors appreciation for the services they
provide, while providing an opportunity for them to accumulate wealth
for retirement, future generations and/or charitable endeavors.
Regular review of these plans should be conducted to make sure that,
1) the benefits are appropriate for the level of services and value
the directors are providing and 2) the benefits do not compromise
the directors' objectivity as they make decisions for the bank.
